January 23, 2014 6:30-8:00pm
Microsoft Retail Store Bellevue Square
For most project managers, understanding and communicating project status is a major focus of their work. In this session, we’ll match the best status and reporting features of Microsoft Project to each side of the Project Triangle model (Time, Cost, and Scope of work). Bring your computer and data files (or use our sample data files) to develop hands-on experience in this important skills area. Feature areas we’ll work with include customizing views, resource cost rates, tracking progress, and reports (both the new Reports feature introduced in Project 2013, and the old Reports feature in prior versions).
6:30pm – Introductions and ask Board Members
6:45pm – 7:45pm – Main Presentation
7:45pm – 8:00pm – Prizes and Meeting Close
After completing this session, attendees will be able to apply specific Microsoft Project features to project reporting and status communication needs.
