As I had expected, Sam Huffman gave a great presentation at our May 22 MPUG Puget Sound chapter meeting. (Here's my prior post on the event).
Sam introduced the audience to Exam 74-343, Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013. The exam is described here. First Sam set the context by introducing us to the history of Project-related certifications and comparing it with the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential. In fact I just referenced a key distinction Sam made: a certification vs. a credential.
Sam then quizzed us using some sample questions from a pool of exam prep questions. I'd like to say I scored 100% but that would be an exaggeration! Some of the questions are really a bit tricky--anyone taking the test should invest in some prep time.
I really enjoyed Sam's subject matter expertise and engaging delivery of the material. Very well done! I encourage you to follow Sam's blog here.
